Problems logging on to the system?
Invalid Username or Password! Attempt has been recorded. Common login problems occur when the username or password is
typed incorrectly. Double check that the password is typed exactly as seen on
the Parent Portal letter. Two characters that often get mixed up is "I" and
"l". All username and password characters are captialized. After 10
incorrect attempts your computer will be locked out. You can attempt to log in
again after one business day. If you are still locked out, please send an
email to email@example.com.
Lost or Forgotten Passwords. Please go directly to the school
office and provide valid identification to get a new copy of the Parent Portal
letter. Unfortunately at this time the school cannot release the letters
to students, over the phone, or through email. Students receive their own
username and password to access their account information.
Passwords Remain the Same. Passwords and usernames remain the
same for all Parent Portal accounts. Students that attend Huntington
Middle School will receive portal account information that remain the same until
the student's graduation from SMHS. New SMUSD students should receive
accounts during school site registration. District registration does not
issue portal accounts.
